Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the CT characteristics in patients with Clonorchis sinensis pancreatitis. CT showed that in the presence of diffuse mild intrahepatic bile duct dilatation, the enlargement of the body or tail (or both) of the pancreas, with a cluster of small cystic changes within the pancreatic parenchyma, was strong evidence for the possibility of C. sinensis pancreatitis.
