Abstract
Protein Analyst is a flexible tool for the analysis of protein sequences with emphasis on the integration of sequence and structural information. The software will be available from the Oxford Molecular Biolib web site (http://www. oxmol.co.uk/biolib) and will be free to the academic research community.
