Abstract
To report a case of orbital xanthoma in a 9-month-old female. A 9-month-old female presented with a mass in the superior temporal left orbit since birth. Clinically, a dermoid cyst was suspected. The orbital tumor was removed through an incision in the upper eyelid crease. Pathologic diagnosis was orbital xanthoma. Orbital xanthoma should be added to the differential diagnosis of orbital tumors in children.
