Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia on MR images of infants and children and to assess the value of MR imaging in evaluating this disease. MR imaging of congenital pseudarthrosis allows assessment of the type and extension of the disease. It is especially recommended for the evaluation of periosteal and soft-tissue changes near the pseudarthrosis.
