Abstract
Femoral neuropathy occurred after revision total hip arthroplasty as a result of pressure from the reinforcement ring and extruded bone-cement (polymethyl methacrylate). Four weeks after the revision surgery, we performed an operation to decompress the femoral nerve and allow neurolysis. Neuropathy improved gradually after the subsequent surgery.
