Abstract
We present a case of a 34-yr-old woman who developed seizures after an open-heart procedure requiring cardiopulmonary bypass. The seizures were most likely caused by previously undiagnosed neurocysticercosis and may also have been contributed to by cardiopulmonary bypass.
