Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the MRI features of small cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix and to correlate those features with pathologic findings. Small cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix can be characterized by frequent parametrial invasion and extensive lymphadenopathy, although the tumor morphology seems to be nonspecific on MRI.
