Abstract
We describe the successful laparoscopic formation of a peritoneal window for the treatment of a symptomatic, recurrent lymphocele in a 25-year-old man after cadaveric renal transplantation. Because of minimal morbidity, relative ease and safety, this procedure should be strongly considered as a primary form of therapy for recurrent lymphoceles refractory to percutaneous drainage. However, thorough knowledge and experience with laparoscopic techniques are necessary.
