Abstract
An integrative classification system for functional genomics is introduced. A comparison with a previous study of the yeast mitochondrial proteome is presented. A demonstration prototype, interSearch, is available on request. http://ijsr32.infj.ulster.ac.uk/~e10110731/interSearch.
