Abstract
Our objective was to determine the optimal radiographic projections for the detection of strictures at the gastrojejunal anastomosis after gastric bypass surgery. Steep oblique or lateral spot images routinely should be obtained during upper gastrointestinal radiographic studies after gastric bypass surgery to optimize detection of strictures at the gastrojejunal anastomosis.
