Abstract
The objective of this study was to determine whether the presence of enhancing and expansile portal vein thrombus is suggestive of the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. In the presence of hepatic tumors, enhancing expansile portal vein thrombus is highly suggestive of hepatocellular carcinoma.
