Abstract
The purpose of our study was to test the hypothesis that CT criteria would allow accurate diagnosis of the specific cause of abdominal hemorrhage in patients with coagulopathy or abdominal aortic aneurysm. Attention to specific CT criteria allows accurate diagnosis of the specific cause of spontaneous abdominal hemorrhage even in patients who have both coagulopathy and an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
