Abstract
To determine the effects of pancreatoduodenectomy on hepatic fat content, hepatic CT attenuation was evaluated after pancreatoduodenectomy. Pancreatoduodenectomy had a significant influence on hepatic fat content and was associated with frequent occurrence of hepatic steatosis, which was easily recognized with CT.
