Abstract
MDCT has become a valuable tool with high sensitivity for detecting transitional cell carcinoma of the upper urinary tract. In this article, we discuss and illustrate the spectrum of the appearances of transitional cell neoplasm of the upper urinary tract on 16- and 64-MDCT with multiplanar reformation and 3D imaging.
