Abstract
The fourth-generation subperiosteal cheek lift preserves full function and integrity of the orbicularis oculi muscle It minimizes the potential for eyelid complications. The addition of the IMP and the BFP suspension provides a truly three-dimensional cheek lift. Repositioning of the aging eyelid, cheek, paracommissural tissue, and jowl gives a pleasing aesthetic result (Figures 3 and 4).
