Abstract
During the early postoperative period after rhinoplasty, a patient may exhibit a gross abnormality or other technical problem that was not observed immediately after surgery. Early surgical intervention, within the first 12 postoperative days, is suggested as an alternative to delaying corrective measures in the hope that the problem may resolve over time.
