Abstract
The author presents his experience with hypotonic pharmacologic lipo-dissolution in combination with application of external ultrasonography, claiming dramatic results in fat reduction and skin contraction. Formulas are provided for the pharmacologic solutions, as well as pointers on using them to achieve maximal results. (Aesthetic Surg J 2002;22:573-576.).
