Abstract
Lipoplasty can be used to effectively sculpt the lower legs, define the calves, and shape the ankles. Concave and convex cannulas are useful for maneuvering around leg contours, and postoperative compression dressing is important in achieving the best possible leg contour.(Aesthetic Surg J 2003;23:121-124.).
