Abstract
The author has modified his approach to the midface, performing superficial limited cheek dissection with lateral canthopexy instead of subperiosteal cheek lift with canthoplasty, in patients for whom the procedure is appropriate. (Aesthetic Surg J 2003;23:203-204).
