Abstract
Breast, chin, and other facial implants are common and accepted approaches to body and facial contouring problems, but calf, buttock, and male pectoral implant surgeries are rare in most plastic surgery practices. Aesthetic Surgery Journal invited Adrien E. Aiache, MD; Lloyd N. Carlsen, MD; and practice associates Hugo Amezcua, MD, and Rafael Vergera, MD, to address some common questions about those procedures.
