Abstract
In this study, we describe the reconstruction of composite tissue defects in two separated regions (left elbow and right thigh) using only one-sided rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap. We report here the results of our procedure, as it increases the usefulness of the rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap and can be applied to other clinical situations.
