Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether perfusion CT values obtained with a reduced-dose imaging protocol on a 320-MDCT scanner are similar to those obtained with a standard protocol. Similar perfusion values at one-half the radiation dose can be obtained with the alternative algorithm used in this study.
