Abstract
A new technique for the correction of reflux is presented. The technique is simple, rapidly accomplished without mobilization of the ureter and virtually free of complications. The procedure has been done successfully on 85 (92%) of 92 ureters in the first 55 patients. The most important contribution of this procedure is the decrease in manipulation of the ureter, resulting in minimal disturbance of the blood supply and in a straight course of the ureter without the risk of kinking or obstruction.
