Abstract
A case of polyhydramnios was effectively treated with amniotic fluid decompression and indomethacin. Six months later nephrogenic diabetes insipidus was diagnosed and indomethacin was again effectively used. By reducing urine output, indomethacin controlled both in utero and extrauterine polyuria in this patient.
