Abstract
The aim of this retrospective study is to report the MRI findings of biopsyproven Aspergillus spondylitis. Aspergillus spondylitis should be suspected when multiple disk levels are involved with skip lesions or subligamentous spread on MRI. A serrated appearance of the vertebral endplates and subchondral T2 hypointensity are suggestive of Aspergillus spondylitis.
