Lateral condylar humerus fractures: which ones should we fix?

Abstract

Lateral condyle fractures of the distal humerus are problematic whether displaced early or late. Operative intervention with closed reduction and percutaneous pinning or open reduction internal fixation are indicated for a malaligned articular surface and/or an unstable fracture. Intraoperative arthrograms can aid the surgeon in assessing joint reduction. Case report.
