Bellare and Naibedya Chattopadhyay The above article from the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research, published online on 27 March 2015 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been withdrawn by agreement between the journal's editor-in-chief, Juliet E. Compston, the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research, and Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
