Abstract
Tri-calcium phosphate, calcium phosphate, hydroxyapatite/tri-calcium phosphate, or hydroxyapatite synthetic graft choices are associated with favorable outcomes for high tibial osteotomy, particularly in contrast to allograft. Smokers are at high risk of complications.
