Abstract
Among pediatric outpatient care centers, what is the rate of elevated blood pressure recognition? Retrospective single cohort study. Single tertiary-care pediatric outpatient center. 20 000 patients (2–17 years old). Blood pressure measurement. Recognition rate of elevated blood pressures. Among those with ≥3 elevated blood pressure measurements, the median frequency of identification by division/service was 17%. The identification of patients with elevated blood pressure measurements was low.
