Abstract
Medial collateral ligament (MCL) and posteromedial corner (PMC) reconstruction techniques vary. Anatomic reconstruction results in outcomes superior to nonanatomic reconstruction, but it remains unclear as to when reconstruction is indicated versus MCL and PMC primary repair.
