Abstract
We demonstrates that DNA methylation alterations at multiple genes, including those in the TH<sub>1</sub>-TH<sub>2</sub> pathways and some novel genes, are associated with cow's milk allergy (CMA), which shed new light on the epigenetic underpinnings of CMA.
