Abstract
A patient who is always tired may fear a host of medical problems. But life-style choices often are the reason patients feel worn out, which means the diagnosis is likely to come from the history and physical, not laboratory tests. Correcting improper sleep, eating, and training practices may be all that is needed to help patients shake fatigue.
