Abstract
As upper airway stimulation (UAS) surgical implantation is a new procedure, the authors thought it would be instructive to describe a single-institution's experience with the inception of a UAS program. The description of our experience at the University of Pennsylvania may be useful for planning purposes when surgeons and sleep medicine physicians are considering program development.
