Abstract
Which interventions are the most effective and tolerable for treating usual-type vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia? Provided cancer is not suspected, usual-type vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia treatment, including medical and surgical options, can be individualized to take into account the site, extent of disease, and a woman's preferences, with a commitment to long-term follow-up.
