Abstract
Subgroup analysis of the Canadian Oxygen Trial to compare outcomes of extremely preterm infants in centers with more versus less separation between median arterial oxygen saturations in the two target ranges<sub>.</sub> Centers with more separation observed lower rates of death or disability in the 85%-89% range than in the 91%-95% target range.
