Abstract
<i>Peptostreptococcus anaerobius</i>, enriched in patients with colon cancer, induces cellular proliferation and dysplasia by toll-like receptor (TLR) 2- and TLR4-dependent increase in oxidative stress and cholesterol biosynthesis.
