Abstract
Breast and gynecologic cancers harboring <i>PIK3CA</i> mutations showed no significant responses to AZD5363, a pan-AKT catalytic inhibitor, in contrast with previous <i>in vitro</i> data showing activity of the drug in this subset of cancers.
