Abstract
Pediatric cerebral ganglioneuroblastoma is an exceedingly rare tumor. We describe the case of a 4-year-old boy with sudden mental status decline who was found to have a large intracranial lesion with intraventricular extension. Management of the case and pathologic findings are discussed, along with a review of the literature on this rare entity.
