Abstract
Bilateral primary renal aspergillosis is rare in immunocompetent hosts. The clinical presentation of <i>Aspergillus</i> pyelonephritis is similar to that of bacterial pyelonephritis. Here, we present an immunocompetent patient with primary bilateral renal abscesses due to <i>Aspergillus fumigatus</i>.
