Abstract
Although molecular subtype-based stratification and genomic signatures of increasing complexity are becoming a new strategy to guide therapeutic decisions in stage II/III colon cancer, several prognostic factors that can be easily obtained from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimens should be considered to create combined models that better define individual patients' needs. <i>Clin Cancer Res; 24(16); 3787-9. ©2018 AACR</i><i>See related article by Kandimalla et al., p. 3867</i>.
