Abstract
To assess the longitudinal outcomes of osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) fixation and to detect the influencing factor for the results of OCD. 22 OCD fixation using bioabsorbable pins were assessed Lysholm score, Tegner activity scale and KOOS<sub>4</sub> at preoperative, postoperative short (3.0 years) and mid-long (11.9 years) term. Postoperative Lysholm score was significantly better than the preoperative time. There was no factor influencing KOOS<sub>4</sub> at mid-long term. OCD fixation contributes good results for a long time regardless of skeletal maturity, the size and the severity of OCD.
