Abstract
Colonization of the gut by virulent <i>Vibrio cholerae</i> is suppressed by probiotic-like activity of a live cholera vaccine candidate and <i>Lactococcus lactis</i> in two animal models (Hubbard <i>et al.</i> and Mao <i>et al.</i>, this issue).
