Abstract
Treatment of the autoimmune and immune-dysregulatory features of patients with STAT1 GOF or STAT3 GOF disease remains challenging. Jakinibs have been used to treat the severe immune-dysregulation in patients with either <i>STAT1</i> GOF or <i>STAT3</i> GOF mutations.
