Abstract
Glycoprotein nonmetastatic B/DC-Hil/Osteoactivin on myeloid-derived suppressor cells impairs T lymphocytes through the binding of Syndecan-4, delineating a new checkpoint pair to be targeted perhaps in combination with PD-1/PD-L1 blockage.<i>See related article by Kobayashi et al., p. 828</i>.
