Abstract
Plasma tryptase elevation during aspirin-induced respiratory reactions occurs in 50% of reactions despite CysLT<sub>1</sub>R antagonist prophylaxis and identifies lung function decline and extra-respiratory symptoms in aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD).
