Abstract
This article is a follow up to "Early and late complications of polyalkimide gel (Bio-Alcamid)".<sup>1</sup> It is a summary of late complications that have developed in patients treated with Bio-Alcamid for HIV lipoatrophy following extended follow up of 10 years.
