Abstract
The tumor-specific immune response in endometrial cancer is variable within molecular subtypes. Thus, the tumor immune response offers a novel biomarker, separate from molecular subtypes, to predict which patients might respond to immunotherapy.<i>See related article by Talhouk et al., p. 2537</i>.
