Abstract
All rotator cuff tears are not created equal, and when it comes to delaminated tears, it is vital to identify, reduce, and anatomically repair the articular side. Regardless of technique, repair of the articular layer of the cuff is crucial to a tension-free construct anatomic reduction of the articular side of the cuff, and its associated superior capsule is the ultimate "biologic" superior capsular reconstruction.
