Abstract
<b>OBJECTIVE.</b> Lumen-apposing metal stents (LAMS) are increasingly being used for abdominopelvic drainage applications. The purpose of this article is to describe the normal imaging appearance of these stents and the radiologic findings in stent-related complications. <b>CONCLUSION.</b> LAMS facilitate effective drainage, but the complications include bleeding, pseudoaneurysm formation, stent occlusion, and stent migration.
