Abstract
<b>OBJECTIVE.</b> The purpose of this article is to point out the potential harms related to overdiagnosis of subcentimeter lung cancers. <b>CONCLUSION.</b> Reich and Kim's argument for reconsidering the seeking and treatment of subcentimeter pulmonary nodules is challengeable on the basis of individualized patient results.
